•HOW TO GET BACK ON TRACK ( PART ONE)•

LIFESTYLE SERIES

It's difficult to pick up the pieces from a hurtful and terrible journey. It could be a bad relationship with friends or relatives, depression, anxiety, or generally a wrong lifestyle. Everyone hopes to rearrange their lives and start afresh with new goals and aims for a better life. It is important for you to get back on track and move on from the dark parts of your life.

No one's life is perfect, there'll be ups and downs but it's important to get yourself out of an unhealthy lifestyle because this would affect your mental health a lot.
One of the things you could start with is MEDITATION.
- Meditation will help you in moments of panic and when you need to get your mind under control. Your meditation should be focused on something positive, something that would do your soul and spirit good and also on your breathing as well.
-Meditation is a simple yet powerful way to realign yourself when life feels overwhelming. By sitting in stillness and focusing on your breath, you give your mind permission to slow down and release the noise of daily stress. Even a few minutes each day can create clarity, reduce anxiety, and remind you of what truly matters. It’s not about silencing every thought, but about creating space to reconnect with yourself—so you can return to your goals with a calm, steady mind.

Here are some gentle, practical ways you can meditate — simple enough to fit into daily life:

  1. Breath Awareness – Sit quietly and focus on your breathing. Notice each inhale and exhale without trying to control it.
  2. Guided Meditation – Use an app, podcast, or YouTube video where a calm voice guides you step by step.
  3. Body Scan – Mentally scan your body from head to toe, relaxing each part as you go.
  4. Mindful Walking – Take a slow walk, paying attention to each step, the sounds around you, and the ground beneath your feet.
  5. Visualization – Close your eyes and picture a peaceful place, like a beach or a garden, and imagine yourself there fully.
  6. Mantra Meditation – Repeat a calming word, phrase, or affirmation (like “I am calm” or “I am enough”) to anchor your focus.
  7. Gratitude Meditation – Reflect quietly on 2–3 things you are grateful for, letting that positive energy fill your mind.

Do what is totally comfortable for you.
Remember that while meditating, your mind must be totally focused and not wandering.Starting out could be difficult but you should always go back to focusing on your breathing.

-Another thing to do is getting out of your normal space and doing those things that make you feel better outdoors or somewhere comfortable for you.
Sometimes your space could feel very negative when all of the negative feelings that you are experiencing is in that one place (like your house). So you should try to get out as much as possible, take your work with you if you have one.
It's a healthy habit to get into, especially for people who keep everything in even when they are feeling very bad.

-The real focus is to keep at it, because you could do it for some time and it gets to a point where you have to continue doing it, if you don't all the negative energy will end up coming back again.

-Another step to getting yourself together is Rejuvenating your space.
It could mean rearranging your room or everywhere in your house, deep cleaning, decluttering, etc.
Your space needs to be a reflection of your mind, so if it's cluttered, your mind will probably be cluttered.
If you clean your space, declutter and rearrange things, it would really help you feel better.

- Making an attempt to do something new(like buying new furnishings or decoration items for your space, getting rid of old things), could apply to your mental health to help get rid of negative thoughts and feelings, giving you more power over it and you have to be disciplined about it.

- You have to know that it's very easy to fall back into that place of negativity again, so to ensure that you don't, you should set a routine.
You could get back into an old routine or make a new one comfortable enough for you to stick to.

- While getting your life together, you also have to keep it that way. It's not just about fixing it now, it's about making those changes for the future.
With these few steps you're on your journey to getting back on track.

Stay tuned for Part Two...

THE JOURNEY OF GOALS(PART 3)

RELATABLE LIFE SERIES Re-Loving the Hobbies I Did as a Child There’s something sacred about the things we loved as children.  Before the world told us what we should be, before pressure shaped our interests, before expectations grew heavier than joy, we had hobbies. Pure, unfiltered and soul-hugging hobbies. I recently began the journey of revisiting mine an d it’s been healing in ways I never expected. I took a few minutes to sit in the memories of what used to be, what I used to love and how it made me feel. I tried to make out the reasons I lost interest or what made me stop these hobbies completely, but I couldn’t really give myself an answer at that point in time. The Forgotten Joys As a child, I would spend hours drawing characters from cartoons, writing short stories in worn-out notebooks, and dancing alone in my room to songs I barely understood. I wasn’t doing it for validation, likes, or money, I just… loved doing it.  But somewhere along the way, those simple...
